The dress code is formal. Women are encouraged to wear a floor-length gown or an elegant pantsuit. Men should wear a dark suit and tie or a tuxedo.

The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held indoors.

Children are welcome to attend the ceremony. However, we kindly request that the reception remain an adults-only celebration due to the limited space.

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend the celebration, as we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Guests will be staying at the Kimpton Las Mercedes Hotel. To book your room at the special group rate, visit the hotel’s website and enter the group code RK1 under the “Rate Preference” section. The group rate is valid only for stays from January 29 to February 1, and the code must be used by November 30 to secure the discounted rate. If you're planning to extend your stay beyond the group rate dates, you'll need to book a separate reservation for those extra nights.
